I Spent 6 Years Building The Career of My Dreams Before I Realized I Was on the Wrong Path - It Happens.

MY CAREER ALIGNMENT STORY

6. NT _ HR - Meet Nadejiah.jpg

I'm Nadéjiah Towns (pronounced nuh-day-juh), a student affairs professional turned Career Alignment Coach. After planning what I thought was the perfect career, I quickly realized my job responsibilities and industry were out of alignment with my boundaries, needs, personal goals, and career aspirations.

So, I QUIT ✌🏾.

After successfully navigating my own journey to career alignment and serving hundreds of women as an Expert Resume Writer, I identified the biggest barriers keeping women stuck in a career crossroads: lack of clarity in the planning, lack of confidence in their branding, and lack of strategy in their job search.

Now I help women reclaim power over their careers and pivot with purpose on their own terms so they can love life inside and outside the office.

MY MISSION

to teach women of color that they can have a career they love that doesn’t come at the cost of their health and happiness.

I serve each and every one of my clients with these values in mind:

ALIGNMENT

You deserve a career that aligns with your core values, interests, skills, abilities, and personality. We set standards so you don't have to settle.

AUTHENTICITY

This journey is about you. Nothing feels better than being completely yourself and honoring your truth. It's the best way to attain a career you love.

AUTONOMY

Being an employee doesn't mean you can't take power and control over your career. We do things on our own terms, no one else's.

ABUNDANCE

You deserve to do what you love, work in your zone of genius, make meaningful contributions, and be paid well for your added value.
